About the role

Senior Scheduler for Accenture Construct responsible for leading integrated planning and scheduling for large-scale data center construction projects, applying CPM scheduling, and delivering concise leadership-ready schedule updates.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead integrated planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction projects.
  • You’ll develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestone tracking, dependencies, resource assumptions, and schedule reporting outputs.
  • You’ll apply Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling to assess schedule logic, identify trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigations, and recovery options.
  • You’ll partner with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to align planning outputs with project execution needs.
  • You’ll manage multiple project schedules simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
  • You’ll prepare clear schedule updates for project leadership and senior stakeholders, adjusting the level of detail based on the audience.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Experience supporting design and construction project management and planning for medium-to-large capital programs ($500M to $2B+), preferably in data center construction or related process-intensive industries
  • Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM) scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification, with the ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct, solve problems, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong executive communication skills to turn detailed schedule data into concise, leadership-ready summaries
