About the role

Remote Presentation Designer role focused on creating high-quality, narrative-driven presentations and visuals for pitches, client engagements, and internal meetings. Collaborates cross-functionally to transform content into compelling stories and design, adhering to brand standards and delivering polished, impactful materials.

Responsibilities

  • Presentation creation: Develop compelling, high-quality presentations and other visual assets.
  • Narrative Structure: Understand overarching communication goals and enhance stories through content and design choices.
  • Content Layout: Organize and structure presentation content (text, images, graphs, charts, multimedia).
  • Visual Design: Create visually appealing slide designs, backgrounds, and templates aligning with branding; design/sourcing photos, graphics, icons, illustrations; visualize data; ensure typography and color consistency.
  • Adhering to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Slide Transitions and Animation: Apply transitions and animations as needed.
  • Lead and execute pre- and post-meeting experiential/visual/creative deliverables to augment agency experience and differentiation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal pitch teams, presenters, subject matter experts, marketing leadership, and operations to deliver stories and visuals.
  • Meeting Deadlines: Manage time to meet project deadlines for conferences and important meetings.
  • Staying current: Keep up with trends, best practices, and new technologies in presentation design and storytelling.
  • Providing guidance: Support internal teams with visual communication strategies.
  • Managing reviews: Incorporate feedback during the review process.
  • Collaborating externally: Work with partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure error-free, visually consistent, polished presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field (ideal but not required).
  • Specialized training in presentation design highly preferred.
  • Experience in art direction, graphic design, or presentation design.
  • Software Proficiency: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides; familiarity with motion, video, AI tools beneficial.
