About the role

Senior People Business Partner for Product and Engineering partnering with senior leaders to enable data-driven people decisions, drive core people processes, and scale the organization with clear, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • As a People Business Partner for Product and Engineering, enable leaders to make data-driven people decisions that support execution and growth.
  • Own and drive core people processes, balancing executional rigor with speed.
  • Identify patterns early, surface insights quickly, and help leaders course-correct before people challenges impact delivery.
  • Reduce friction, increase clarity, and amplify leadership impact as the organization scales.
  • Partner with senior leaders, operate independently across complex situations, and anticipate leaders' needs before they articulate them.
  • Shape initiatives, refine how people work gets done across P&E, and elevate decision quality across the organization.
  • Turn priorities into practical, scalable solutions that help Product and Engineering operate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience and capabilities aligned with strategic HR partnering in a fast-growing tech environment (implicitly required from role description).
  • Ability to leverage data, coaching, and knowledge sharing to influence leadership and organizational effectiveness.
  • Comfort operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.
