About the role

Senior Product Manager for Models to advance the core experiment workflow within W&B Models, balancing needs of frontier ML researchers and enterprise teams, and shaping visualization, monitoring, evaluation, and analysis across large-scale experiments.

Responsibilities

  • Advance the researcher\'s daily workflow by driving the roadmap for organizing, comparing, and understanding runs.
  • Rethink how training is visualized and monitored, focusing on mid-run relevance across web and mobile.
  • Make evaluations a first-class part of experiment tracking by logging, comparing, and analyzing eval results within Models across runs and training steps.
  • Make analysis at scale a first-class experience, enabling slicing, aggregation, and reasoning across large experiment histories, including AI-assisted analysis.
  • Ground decisions in real user research across frontier labs and practitioners and translate findings into team-wide product decisions.
  • Ship with quality and speed, owning execution from problem definition through launch and iteration, guided by usage data and feedback.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience on technical products for developer or researcher audiences, with a track record of shipping products users love.
  • You've lived the ML researcher\'s workflow or have worked closely with researchers translating their workflow into products.
  • Strong instincts for data visualization and product design, with attention to how information is displayed in charts, dashboards, or comparison views.
  • Technically fluent; able to read a training script, discuss evaluation methodology, and engage in architecture conversations with engineers.
  • Clear and precise communication to align engineering, design, and go-to-market stakeholders.
