About the role
People Operations Partner responsible for HR operations with emphasis on payroll, compliance, and end-to-end administrative processes, while serving as a main point of contact for employees and managers.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll for France and International. Manage French Payroll on Payfit and International payroll with Payroll providers. Guarantee payroll quality through audits and strong relationships with providers.
- HR Administration: Manage full administrative employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding), drafting contracts and amendments, handling international visas. Advise on employment law applications and manage mandatory tasks (occupational health requirements, surveys).
- Transversal Projects: Contribute to company agreements, organizational changes, and drive automation of HR processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support Head of People during salary review campaigns with data analysis and ensure legal compliance. Manage employee benefits (health insurance and others) for France and International employees.
- HRIS & Data Quality: Administer HRIS (Personio), ensure data integrity across platforms, and manage relationships with software providers.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in People Operations with an HR education background.
- Technical Payroll Expertise: Proven experience in French payroll (convention collective SYNTEC), specifically using Payfit.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of French labor law and compliance; international HR experience (Spain, Germany) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to manage complex Excel files, perform audits, and centralize multi-country data.
- Communication: Excellent pedagogical and communication skills to support employees and managers, and collaborate with Finance and Legal teams.
- Languages: Fluent in French; proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
