About the role
Member of Technical Staff (Commercial) – Strategy Consulting role at Artificial Analysis, focused on owning client relationships end to end, delivering AI benchmarking services, and contributing to product and technical work within the benchmarking team.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the teams building frontier AI as their primary relationship at Artificial Analysis
- Ramp into deep expertise in AI and AI benchmarking, working with product and technical teams
- Own the front door for our clients: field inbound requests, including pre-release model benchmarking, and provide fast, accurate answers
- Advise and support clients to interpret results in context relative to the field
- Grow the business end to end from first outreach through to close with senior commercial support
- Own accounts through full lifecycle: renewals, escalations, and business reviews
- Ensure delivery lands: benchmark runs, custom analysis and every commitment to a client
- Contribute directly to product and technical work within the pillar (approximately 20% of time)
- Embrace an AI-native workflow using cutting-edge AI tools to generate leverage in a fast-changing industry
Qualifications
- 3+ years in top tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or equivalents)
- Proven client ownership and ability to lead engagements
- Analytical with attention to how numbers are produced
- Genuine interest in frontier AI with ability to form informed opinions on AI direction
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, high responsiveness, and full ownership of accounts
- Willingness to undergo a steep technical ramp and learn Python, run scripts, and gain familiarity with benchmarking stack
