About the role

FieldAI is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth within the construction industry by helping customers adopt autonomous robotics solutions that improve project execution, operational visibility, productivity, and safety. Focus is on developing relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and other construction stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and driving new business growth in a hybrid, field-facing role based in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Developers, and other construction industry stakeholders
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Partner closely with technical and deployment teams to align FieldAI solutions with customer needs
  • Build strategic account plans that drive long-term customer growth and expansion
  • Represent FieldAI at customer sites, industry events, and key customer meetings
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue objectives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Experience selling into construction organizations, including General Contractors, Owners, Developers, or similar stakeholders
  • Track record of closing large, complex deals involving multiple decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, project stakeholders, and operational challenges
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to travel regularly and work closely with customers onsite

Benefits

  • Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year (base pay plus potential bonus/commission as part of total compensation)
