About the role

Senior role focusing on end-to-end benefits and leave administration, regulatory compliance, process improvements, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance the employee experience globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end administration of all new and existing employee benefits and leave programs, including complex cases and escalated issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship on benefits and leave administration, with an understanding of regional nuances.
  • Serve as an escalation point and primary contact for employee inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving to resolve queries promptly.
  • Monitor, interpret, and advise on changes in benefits and leave regulations to drive process adjustments and ensure proactive compliance.
  • Drive initiatives to review and optimize operational practices, identify efficiencies, review potentially fraudulent claims, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with key partners (People Support, Payroll, Legal, Privacy, and external vendors) to implement optimum solutions across groups.
  • Oversee complex reporting and reconciliation of benefits data, providing analysis to inform decisions and identify strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in benefits and leave administration, with a track record of handling complex cases and leading initiatives.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis and extracting insights.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and resolve issues effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating impacts of changes to senior leadership.
