About the role

The PBP Enablement Partner is responsible for the tools, processes, and headcount planning infrastructure that enable the People Business Partner (PBP) organization to operate at its best, including systems, COE partnerships, and AI enablement. This role interfaces with Finance, Analytics, COE partners, and People Leadership to turn data and priorities into actionable tools and recommendations, and to build scalable processes from scratch and continuously improve them.

Responsibilities

  • - Headcount Model & Planning: Manage the People Business Partner headcount model; maintain, evolve, and govern methodology, assumptions, and ratio framework
  • - Track PBP spans, ratios, and coverage to surface gaps, capacity risks, and optimization opportunities with clear recommendations
  • - Support the business planning cycle with data, modeling, and insights
  • - Maintain the PBP mapping as the single source of truth for PBP assignments
  • - Center of Excellence (COE) Partnership & Consistency: Build and operationalize partnerships between PBPs and COEs
  • - Develop and maintain tools, templates, and processes that help PBPs and COEs work together effectively
  • - Identify and align on practices to improve consistency across LOBs where valuable
  • - Partner with COE leads to set service delivery expectations and ensure PBPs have what they need
  • - Systems, Tools, Processes, and AI Enablement: Manage systems and tooling needs for PBP; evaluate and implement solutions to improve operations
  • - Partner with People Analytics to define core PBP reporting needs, launch centralized dashboards, and drive data-informed enablement
  • - Lead process improvements to automate manual work, reduce friction, and accelerate delivery with AI
  • - Ensure PBP tools are connected, accurate, and useful in collaboration with People Analytics and Technology teams
  • - Support the PBP AI champion network and guide AI integration into PBP workflows

Qualifications

  • - 12+ years in HR, People Operations, Workforce Planning, or related field with experience in systems, tools, or operational roles
  • - Strong analytical skills; experience building/maintaining workforce or resource models in Excel or similar tools
  • - Experience building or managing processes spanning multiple teams or functions
  • - Ability to operate across ambiguity and evolving priorities without losing momentum
  • - Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) and improving data capture, maintenance, and usage
  • - Familiarity with AI tools and interest in how they can transform HR workflows
  • - Strong communication skills; ability to translate operational complexity into clear recommendations for senior leaders
  • - Experience driving consistency across distributed or matrixed organizations
  • - Comfort as a builder, creating something new and making it sustainable
  • - Experience in a People Business Partner role
