About the role

Leadership role building and guiding Apple’s Growth Accounts Ads Team in Greater China, combining client strategy, team development, and performance-based advertising leadership to drive revenue growth while maintaining Apple’s privacy and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and energize a Growth Accounts Sales team to meet or exceed sales targets in the ads space with performance-type advertisers and agencies.
  • Own a list of key clients in partnership with your team to catalyse business success and develop your team.
  • Develop long-term strategies and guide team efforts toward success across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Collaborate to implement systems and processes that increase probability of success for the team.
  • Manage multiple client relationships, maintaining a robust business pipeline.
  • Model and promote great sales behaviors and active listening to foster continuous team learning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance media sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally with a self-serve platform.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to overachieve and exceed sales targets in the ads space.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
