About the role

Engineering Program Manager role within Apple’s Customer Systems team, focusing on CRM solutions for contact centers. Responsible for leading cross-functional engineering programs, influencing architecture and design discussions, and delivering high-profile, customer-facing systems at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to bring innovative CRM solutions to life for Apple’s contact centers.
  • Lead and manage large, cross-functional engineering programs on high-profile, critical projects.
  • Facilitate and influence architecture and design discussions.
  • Empower, mentor, and lead geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration on high-profile initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management
  • 4 years minimum experience in Contact Center or related large-scale, customer-facing systems domains
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Gen AI programs
  • Familiarity with AI/ML delivery lifecycles and LLM evaluation practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of visual design tools is a plus
