About the role

Role within Apple’s Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) organization focusing on leading large, multi-functional initiatives with end-to-end ownership. Responsible for delivering complex projects at enterprise scale, leveraging AI tools to streamline program management, and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of large, multi-functional initiatives and deliver them end-to-end.
  • Lead programs from initial design through launch with high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive projects forward with precision, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows, including technical documentation, automated status reporting, and data synthesis.
  • Drive and deliver critical, end-to-end (E2E) project features across the company, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Use data from diverse sources to generate insights and guide program direction.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership and influence key stakeholders.
  • Empower teams, foster collaboration, and maintain momentum in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in software and/or program management.
  • Strong software project management skills with experience leading large, multi-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing programs end-to-end, from initial design through launch.
  • Deep knowledge of product development processes and ability to drive projects forward with precision, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows.
