About the role

Specialist in crafting Virtual Prototype models and platforms for RF-embedded systems to support pre-silicon firmware/software development and system verification, collaborating across multiple teams and locations.

Responsibilities

  • - Design and development of Virtual Prototype models and platforms for Apple RF embedded systems.
  • - Identify modeling requirements with key stakeholders including system engineering and FW/SW development teams.
  • - Focus on model optimization for performance and memory footprint.
  • - Support FW/SW teams across different locations during FW/SW bring-up.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a tight-knit, open, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor or Master or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Communication Engineering with some years of working experience, or a PhD in a relevant field of research with excellent results.
  • - Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
  • - Strong object-oriented programming experience.
  • - Proficient English language skills.
  • - Prior experience in SystemC programming, transaction-level modeling (TLM), and general simulator concepts is desirable.
  • - Hands-on experience in cellular modem and digital signal processing areas is an advantage.
