About the role
Founding data operations lead for Miso Labs to manage the logistics of collecting and quality controlling large-scale voice data for training full-duplex speech-to-speech models. Responsibilities include casting voice talent, running the LA studio, and scaling the home-studio program.
Responsibilities
- - Cast and build our voice talent network. Help us cast voice actors that match our current data needs.
- - Run the LA studio. Manage scheduling recording sessions at the studio.
- - Scale the home-studio program. Onboard and train actors, distribute scripts, and run remote quality control.
Qualifications
- - Experience managing complex logistics.
- - Attention to detail; be the first line of data quality control and obsessive about data quality.
