About the role

Role blending customer engineering with technical development. You will work closely with customers from onboarding through ongoing use of Revion's platform to maximize value.

Responsibilities

  • - Engage with customers to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • - Onboard new customers and support them through ongoing use of Revion's platform
  • - Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • - Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • - Own projects end-to-end with a founder mindset and independent ownership

Qualifications

  • - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • - Founder mindset: hard work + independence + ownership
  • - Bonus: Full-Stack comfort (React, TypeScript, Node.js)
  • - Bonus: Python proficiency, AI/ML experience, API integration, LLM prompting and tuning, feature/MVP development
