About the role

Procurement and Facilities Manager to join the QRC1 Returns Center onsite in New Jersey, overseeing procurement, inventory management, vendor relations, and facility projects to enable efficient returns processing and overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Inventory Management - Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy at 98%+ - Create and manage purchase orders with vendors - Update and maintain inventory management systems and records Vendor & Relationship Management - Manage vendor communications, process payments, and track vendor performance - Negotiate contracts and manage contract renewals to reduce procurement costs by 10 - 15% Facility Coordination & Projects - Lead small facility improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency - Schedule maintenance vendor visits, oversee site maintenance, and ensure preventive maintenance Administration, Planning & Compliance - Forecast supply needs and participate in annual budget planning - Maintain accurate documentation, generate reports, and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
