About the role
Senior Specialist Field Engineer, SaaS responsible for enabling customers to realize value from the CoreWeave SaaS platform, while helping field teams sell and deliver it effectively. Combines teaching, hands-on architecture work, and direct customer engagements to unblock integrations and drive adoption.
Responsibilities
- Teach the field team through feature walkthroughs, playbooks, demo guides, and office hours to enable selling and delivery with confidence.
- Align work with top product and go-to-market priorities to focus on what matters most to the business.
- Design and run hands-on workshops for customers — architecture reviews, feature adoption sessions, and post-sale planning — with clear next steps.
- Build reusable accelerators — reference architectures, sample code, demo environments, integration templates — to standardize patterns across customers.
- Engage in high-priority customer engagements to unblock deals or prove workflows through deep hands-on technical work.
- Contribute to the product via examples, integrations, demo apps, internal tools, docs, and occasional bug fixes through engineering review processes.
- Help customers design, test, and troubleshoot integrations with the SaaS platform — APIs, data flows, identity and access, third-party systems — and feed learnings back into improved docs and accelerators.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, field engineering, or similar).
- Comfortable in Python and able to write/read code with customers watching.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
- Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure); comfort across multiple clouds preferred.
- Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong communicator capable of explaining technical ideas to engineers and to customer executives.
- Ability to break down messy, open-ended problems into clear plans and work with customers to execute them.
- Ability to juggle multiple customers and priorities in fast-moving environments.
