About the role
Manager, Organic Growth responsible for strategy and execution of SEO, AEO, and GEO across three Peek brands (PeekPro, ACME Ticketing, Connect&GO), with a demand-driven metric (organic pipeline and revenue) rather than traffic alone.
Responsibilities
- Carry the organic pipeline target across all three brands. Build the forecast, report against it monthly, and be accountable for organic-attributed opportunities, demos, and closed-won revenue — not just clicks.
- Build the portfolio-level keyword and entity map: which brand owns which topics, which terms are contested, and where the three sites should complement rather than compete.
- Set the roadmap for site architecture, internal linking, taxonomy, and content across all three properties — including domain consolidation, migrations, and redirect strategy.
- Develop vertical-specific organic plays for distinct operator segments (tours and activities, museums, zoos and aquariums, water parks, FECs, escape rooms, and more).
- Own how Peek’s brands appear in AI-generated answers — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Copilot.
- Establish standards for machine-readable and citable content: structured data, entity consistency, answer-first formatting, and comparison content.
- Develop a point of view on zero-click and agentic search and translate that into strategy, updating as the landscape moves.
- Identify and activate high-value authority targets across the experiences, attractions, travel, and hospitality-tech ecosystem.
- Partner with PR, Partnerships, and Content to earn links and mentions that move organic visibility and quantify lift.
- Own presence on third-party review and comparison sites (G2, Capterra, etc.).
- Set technical SEO requirements and priorities with Engineering and Web (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, JS rendering, structured data, international/multi-domain handling).
- Run continuous audits across three codebases and CMS setups; triage priorities based on revenue impact.
- Own migration risk management during domain/brand architecture changes.
- Feed Content with keyword/entity/intent insights for what to write and for which brand/vertical.
- Audit, prune, consolidate, refresh, redirect, or retire content across three brands.
- Collaborate with Web and Lifecycle on conversion optimization (landing pages, offers, forms).
- Evaluate programmatic and templated page opportunities and build them where they perform.
- Educate internal teams on how search is evolving and its impact on go-to-market.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in SEO or organic growth, with experience in B2B SaaS or other considered-purchase, multi-touch environments.
- Revenue-first mindset with ability to forecast and be measured on pipeline and revenue, not just traffic.
- Strong point of view on AEO and GEO and experience testing AI surface results.
- Technical fluency to diagnose crawl/indexing/rendering issues and communicate with engineers.
- Analytical rigor with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio; ability to build attribution views and model impact.
- Hands-on proficiency with Ahrefs and/or Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog; familiarity with AI-visibility tracking tools is a plus.
- Comfort with ambiguity and multi-brand, multi-domain scenarios.
