About the role

Role in AMD's GOQ organization to execute the supply plan with cross-functional teams and external OSAT factories, ensuring end-to-end production supply from wafer fab to final pack-out and managing OSAT throughput and risk.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply-demand matching, identify root cause / shortages and drive to close the gap.
  • Accountable for end-to-end ownership on products/projects, meet production supply target from wafer Fab out to final finishing goods pack out.
  • OSATs management and drive the throughput and efficiency.
  • Manage all planning parameters and collaborate with ENG/IE to close the gap and improve the supply plan and supply execution.
  • Supply planning simulate scenarios, including NPIs/sustaining production covering: Capacity/HW planning, Planning indices like Yield/IR/UPH, Material like WIP/SBT and etc, BOM, Manufacture process flow.
  • Track and monitor supply capability including advice/solution for risk mitigation.
  • Daily tracking and managing WIP movement, cycle time and hold/aged materials in OSATs.
  • Lead and trigger influencing communication, coordinate and drive actions with cross-functional teams to solve excursions and recover the supply.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in business/material management or industry engineering / Production control.
  • Well experienced in semiconductor manufacturing production planning & control under supply chain organization.
  • Experience in outsourcing/OSAT management/Design house relative.
  • Able to clearly and fluently communicate verbally and written in English and Chinese.
