About the role
Role focused on front-end design/integration within Radeon Technologies Group to achieve first pass silicon success through implementation and verification of DFT architectures and features, with collaboration across architecture, IP design, Physical Design, and product engineers.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and verification of DFT architecture and features
- Scan insertion and ATPG pattern generation
- ATP G patterns verification with gate-level simulation
- Test coverage and test cost reduction analysis
- Post silicon support to ensure successful bring up and enhance yield learning
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering
Skills
Required:Design for Test (DFT) methodologies
Nice to have:Mentor testkompress and/or Synopsys Tetramax/DFTMAXVCS simulationPerl/Shell scriptingVerilog RTL design
