About the role

Senior individual contributor and strategic architect of AMD's enterprise AI solutions portfolio, responsible for ISV partnerships ecosystem strategy and the AI appliance portfolio lifecycle, with executive-level representation and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify unmet enterprise AI pain points and formulate new appliance concepts — defining hardware/software configurations, target use cases, and TCO value proposition for Fortune 5000 buyers across verticals.
  • Own the complete product lifecycle for AMD's AI appliance portfolio: inception, validation, development, business case, multi-year roadmap, launch, GTM, channel enablement, and post-launch growth.
  • Build and maintain the business case and multi-year roadmap for AI appliances, including competitive positioning, market sizing, buyer requirements, partner economics, and ROI/TCO modeling.
  • Lead channel enablement for AI appliances — pricing strategy, BOM ownership, route-to-market playbooks, partner training, and co-sell execution with partners.
  • Own AMD's ISV relationships end-to-end — executive engagement, joint business planning, co-sell execution, solution certification, and marketing co-investment.
  • Define ISV ecosystem strategy — select software partners, verticals, and integrations on AMD silicon to maximize enterprise value.
  • Validate ISV software within OEM/OSV ecosystems and on AMD silicon (MI300X, MI325x, MI350) with engineering/FAE support.
  • Establish ISV qualification/certification/onboarding frameworks; set standards and processes for the broader team.
  • Drive EBRs, QBRs, and joint strategic planning with senior ISV stakeholders.
  • Serve as program deputy — autonomous decision-making on partnership priorities and escalations; scale by building processes and playbooks.
  • Own ISV program metrics and executive reporting (health scoring, milestones, pipeline contributions, ROI impact).
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and legal to accelerate integrations and launches.
  • Own budget planning and allocation for ISV partnerships and AI appliance program (AOP inputs, MDF, ROI tracking).
  • Build and execute joint GTM programs with ISV and OEM/Channel partners; manage campaigns, launches, and executive engagement.
  • Develop competitive positioning and market narrative for AMD’s enterprise AI solutions; communicate value of AMD hardware + partner software.
  • Collaborate with field sales and enterprise marketing to drive partner-sourced pipeline and joint revenue.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in ISV/tech partner management, technical product management, business development, or ecosystem strategy within enterprise AI, semiconductor, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise AI deployment (LLM inference/fine-tuning, RAG/AI agent architectures, MLOps, model lifecycle, AI serving frameworks like vLLM, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime) and both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to translate enterprise pain points into viable product concepts with business cases, TCO models, and roadmaps.
  • Track record of building and scaling strategic ISV partnerships with measurable outcomes (co-sell revenue, joint launches, certifications, partner-sourced pipeline).
  • Executive presence and communication skills for engaging C-suite and VP stakeholders; experience facilitating EBRs/QBRs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystem: ISVs, OSVs, OEMs, GSIs, CSPs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science strongly preferred; MBA a strong plus.
