About the role

Operator role supporting R&D and engineering by remotely piloting and supervising robots during tests, collecting and labeling data, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to improve AI-driven robotic behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Remotely pilot and supervise robots during operational sessions (2-3 hours)
  • Participate in data collection and labeling tasks to enhance AI model performance
  • Ensure smooth and precise robot actions through visual monitoring and movement adjustment
  • Visual quality control and movement adjustment
  • Share operational insights with engineers to help refine behavior and performance
  • Follow safety and standard operating procedures around live hardware, without exception

Qualifications

  • Precision and patience under repetitive movements
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and focus
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to take direct feedback and adjust immediately
  • Good communication skills
  • Curiosity about AI and human-robot collaboration
  • No technical background required; training provided on site
  • Curiosity and coachability emphasized
  • Bonus experience in tasks requiring hands accuracy under time pressure (e.g., logistics, inventory, lab work, professional kitchens, crafts, competitive gaming)
  • Language: English
