About the role

Staff Talent Sourcer focused on EU market across multiple functions, leveraging AI tooling and market intelligence to build proactive talent pipelines and scalable sourcing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the top of funnel: Define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies across EU for roles spanning Engineering, Software, Embedded, AI/ML, Systems, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, Program Management, Corporate functions, and other critical disciplines.
  • Map the EU market: Develop talent landscapes by company, skillset, function, geography, seniority, and organizational structure; identify hidden talent pools and regional trends to inform recruiting strategy.
  • Generate and engage: Use advanced Boolean search, sourcing platforms, and channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, GitHub, professional communities, niche networks, conferences, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage talent across EU markets.
  • Build pipelines proactively: Cultivate long-term relationships with passive, highly specialized, and hard-to-find talent for just-in-time hiring across strategic programs and growth markets.
  • Navigate diverse talent markets: Develop deep expertise across EU countries, adapting sourcing strategies to local dynamics, candidate expectations, languages, mobility, competition, and hiring requirements.
  • Leverage AI to scale sourcing: Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and automations to boost recruiter productivity and market intelligence.
  • Build repeatable sourcing systems: Create market maps, talent intelligence reports, outreach content, and scalable recruiting processes adaptable to EU markets.
  • Be the sourcing SME: Coach recruiters and hiring managers on market insights, sourcing strategy, talent availability, and recruiting technologies.
  • Partner for impact: Collaborate with TA Operations, Employer Brand, University Recruiting, People teams, and leaders to optimize strategies and candidate experience across EU.
  • Track and iterate: Use analytics to measure effectiveness, optimize outreach, and evolve practices across markets.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sourcing experience with significant EU market exposure across multiple functions.
  • Proven track record in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for specialized roles.
  • Experience sourcing across Engineering, Software, AI/ML, Hardware, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, Program Management, Corporate functions.
  • Deep expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub, and other modern sourcing platforms across EU markets.
  • Strong knowledge of EU talent landscape, hubs, competition, candidate behavior, market dynamics, and cross-country differences.
  • Consultative partnering ability with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders; ability to influence hiring strategy with market insights.
  • Hands-on experience building or leveraging AI-powered sourcing workflows and practical AI solutions for recruiting or processes.
  • Experience using AI development environments or coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to create repeatable workflows and documentation.
  • Experience building long-term relationships with passive and niche talent across multiple markets.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to engage diverse candidates and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong judgment, curiosity, cultural awareness, and continuous improvement mindset with aptitude for adopting emerging AI recruiting technologies.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, autonomous in fast-paced, distributed environment.
