About the role

Technical project manager or sales engineer role focused on enabling Apple Pay in eCommerce for ANZ, South East Asia and Greater China. Located in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Support business development teams in driving the integration of Apple Pay E-Commerce functionality in payment service provider and merchant E-Commerce channels.
  • Lead multiple projects, craft scalable solutions for diverse partners, and provide consistent updates and communication to business leaders.
  • Inspire partners to create best in class Apple Pay and Wallet experiences, support partner technology implementations and new feature adoption, and provide technology guidance and product implementation best practices.
  • Optimise the customer payment journey in merchant and payment service provider E-Commerce channels.
  • Occasional regional travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Degree education
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors
  • Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) / iOS development (Swift)
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting software
  • Skilled at helping partners identify, navigate and overcome technical hurdles to drive adoption of technology
  • Experience integrating, supporting and troubleshooting a complex suite of products and/or services
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and issues to a broad audience
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Writing technical documentation and integration guides
  • Have a passion for outstanding user experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
