About the role

Full-time role in Apple Pay focused on developing relationships and strategic alliances with e-commerce merchants, PSPs, processors, and enablers in Central & Eastern Europe to drive adoption of Apple Pay in merchant apps. Based in Battersea Power Station, London, with frequent travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build a strategic pipeline of prospective partners in CEE, with a scalable approach to increasing merchant adoption of Apple Pay.
  • Engage the partner landscape to identify key decision makers and guide them through the value and adoption of Apple Pay.
  • Participate on cross-functional internal teams to define partners, product requirements, adoption strategies, integration and testing plans, and go-to-market launch programs in the CEE region.
  • Support partnerships on an ongoing basis, delivering new feature enhancements and guidance to drive customer trial and usage.
  • Provide regular communications to internal teams regarding adoption strategy and results.
  • Travel frequently across Europe as required.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in either Polish or Czech and English is required.
  • Direct experience promoting payment product adoption with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors.
  • Experience building and sustaining strong, successful relationships across the e-commerce value chain.
  • Ability to translate Apple Pay capabilities into practical adoption strategies for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience guiding strategic partners through technical and business considerations to support their adoption decisions.
