Financial Analyst, Business Analytics - Korea Sales Finance (1-Year Contract)

About the role

Key role in financial support of the Reseller business within Apple Korea. Drives business performance through deep financial insights, partnering with Sales, and modernizing analytics with automation for scalable reporting during a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales to understand the local market context and provide insightful analysis on business variability to drive forecasting and strategic actions.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and execute investment strategies (demand generation, partner margins, fixture investments) and analyze ROI.
  • Build and maintain scalable analytics; automate recurring reporting with SQL, Tableau, and Python; unify fragmented data sources into a single view of RTM performance.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Global Business Solutions on sales incentive calculations, performance reporting, and partner payout; re-engineer manual steps to reduce risk.
  • Build strong relationships with Worldwide Sales Finance (Cupertino) to deploy global strategies and advocate Geo-led proposals for the Korean market.
  • Manage key finance projects including end-to-end process streamlining driven by Worldwide initiatives, coordinating across local and regional stakeholders to implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in commercial finance, business planning, strategy, or consulting.
