About the role

Role to drive critical program projects that provide data at scale for engineering teams to build AIML features across Apple products. Focused on project planning, resource management, policy drafting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data accuracy, timely delivery, and standardized project management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project elements and manage project plans
  • Recruit participants internally and partner with operations stakeholders
  • Define and align on project deliverables with Account and Crowd Managers
  • Manage resource plan for analyst headcount with Capacity Planning and Team Leads
  • Draft and implement policies related to performance and project management of all projects delivered from the site
  • Communicate project status, metrics, and insights to management
  • Partner with Account and Crowd Managers to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate site project rollout and execution (platform changes, headcount, training, metrics)
  • Bring consistency in project delivery via standardized templates and project management best practices
  • Provide technical support to analysts as needed
  • Collaborate with tool owners to update/fix tools as projects come in
  • Operate in a highly organized, analytical, data-driven, and self-starting manner

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of project support experience, preferably in mid-to-large scale operations
  • Highly analytical, quantitative, and data-driven decision making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, relationship management skills
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, creative decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years project management experience
  • Experience in operational projects in multiple international locations
  • Experience/knowledge of data operation processes; quality is a plus
