About the role

Senior quality leadership role focused on defining and driving cross-organizational quality strategy and execution within Apple Services Engineering, with emphasis on Commerce & Growth. Responsible for integrating AI into quality lifecycle, partnering with Engineering and Product, and communicating progress to leadership across a large, globally dispersed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive cross-organizational quality strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product partners to align on strategic efforts and incorporate them in the overall product lifecycle
  • Define, instrument, and implement metrics to measure success of the strategic efforts
  • Integrate AI as a core competency into Quality lifecycle and tooling (e.g., test case generation, anomaly detection, coverage analysis)
  • Communicate progress effectively across the organization, to all levels of leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in the quality engineering space.
