About the role

Technical Release Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end web releases and high-profile Apple events, owning release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure stable, secure, and high-quality deployments across global digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end web releases, owning scheduling, readiness, deployment, and post-release validation.
  • Coordinate release readiness across frontend codebases, CMS platforms, backend services, and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, SRE, QA, and product partners to improve release reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining release processes, documentation, and operational best practices.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years experience in release coordination and DevOps for large-scale web platforms
  • Understanding of release pipelines, branching, CI/CD automation, configuration management, testing, or risk mitigation.
  • Experience working with Git workflows, CMS systems, and frontend deployment tooling (e.g., Next.js, Node.js, HTML/CSS).
  • Experience coordinating complex, deadline-driven releases across multiple engineering and business teams
  • Familiarity with CMS platform, Jenkins, GitOps, ITIL frameworks, automation technologies such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins
  • Experience supporting high-visibility or global web releases
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
