About the role

Software Engineering Manager to lead a team developing reliable, performant, and user-friendly software with a robust feature set for revenue-generating simulation products (Axion and/or VehicleSim). Focus on technical guidance, prioritization, and engineering excellence with strong emphasis on quality and customer impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of talented software engineers
  • Partner with a dedicated product manager to build a category-leading product within our Axion and/or VehicleSim product lines
  • Interview and recruit engineers for your team

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics, or related fields from a top institution
  • 5+ years hands on technical experience, 2+ years of people management experience
  • Programming experience in one of the following: C++, Python, or Java
  • Ability to gain a US Government security clearance
