About the role

Production Manager responsible for vendor experience, lead-time reduction, and on-time delivery to maintain in-stock levels. Works with regional head of production and cross-functional global sourcing and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

  • New Product Launches: Speed up from NPC to Product Launch; ensure on-time PO acceptance; on-time delivery of first PO ex-factory; readiness for first replenishment; readiness of fabric and trims for future growth.
  • Production: Collaborate with Manufacturing Partners to deliver high-quality products with reliable on-time delivery and fast replenishment; participate in weekly business reviews to uphold OTD and ex-factory performance; ensure readiness of fabrics, trims and capacity; keep production statuses in Vendor Portal up-to-date.
  • Fulfillment: For partners that fulfill customer orders directly, ensure 24-hour shipping expectations and error-free fulfillment (no missing or incorrect products)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production with supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics (inventory control, demand planning, material flow)
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
