About the role

Legal Partnerships Manager responsible for managing global partnerships with law firms, investment banks, and compliance consultants to drive distribution of Carta Law services and turn partners into active referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with law firms, investment banks, compliance consultants and other business partnerships globally.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle including identifying high-value opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships to generate measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify, structure and grow partnerships that drive distribution of Carta Law's services; convert law firms, investment banks, and compliance consultancy firms into active referral partners and collaborators.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in partnerships or account management
  • Experience in or building partnership channels via law firms, asset management firms or professional services firms preferred (ideally from scratch)
  • Strong understanding of the private markets ecosystem — PE, VC, credit, real assets — and how legal and compliance workstreams operate within it
  • Experience managing senior relationships and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
  • Commercially sharp, with the ability to structure and close partnership deals
  • Excellent communicator — confident presenting to partners, General Counsels and C-suite stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-directed; comfortable building something from the ground up
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
