About the role

Account Manager role focused on expanding and renewing revenue within existing AviaryAI client base, primarily within credit unions and community banks, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with Client Success and Deployment teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own expansion and renewal revenue across the client base.
  • Know every account cold: live use cases, performance, sponsor, budget cycle, and board priorities.
  • Turn results into the next proposal by leveraging live performance data to justify further expansion.
  • Run the commercial relationship: renewals, pricing conversations, contract amendments, and expansion paperwork.
  • Partner with Client Success and Deployment to coordinate quarterly reviews and ensure client needs are met.
  • Turn happy clients into a flywheel through references, case studies, and introductions.
  • Feed product and sales with client requests and objections to shape future offerings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management (as indicated by role level).
