About the role

Senior leader responsible for establishing and scaling Harmattan AI’s manufacturing capabilities in the MEA region, aligning with global industrial strategy and driving production, supply chain, and process improvements to enable rapid growth in autonomous defense systems.

Responsibilities

  • MEA Manufacturing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Harmattan AI’s MEA manufacturing strategy in close alignment with the Head of Manufacturing & SCM, establishing a scalable and resilient industrial footprint to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

  • A strong academic record in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including significant experience implementing medium- to large-scale production across multiple sites.
  • Experience in robotics, aerospace, defense, or similarly complex sectors under time and budget constraints.
  • Technical aptitude with advanced robotics, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on challenging objectives under tight deadlines and high stakes.
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
  • Willingness to commit 100% to Harmattan AI’s mission and growth trajectory.
