About the role

Full-time, on-site day porter role in Torrance, CA focused on maintaining HQ facilities, corporate apartments, and office amenities while supporting events and general office optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine office maintenance including regularly inspecting and restocking the office snack and kitchen areas
  • Coordinate with vendors for kitchen supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related requests
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings
  • Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address any facility-related issues
  • Routinely inspect and prepare our corporate apartments ahead of employee check-ins

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance and coordination
  • Basic computer skills for work order management and reporting
