About the role

Senior Pursuit Coordinator responsible for end-to-end development of RFx responses, proposals, and pursuit deliverables for Accenture Construct’s ANS programs, coordinating with business development, technical teams, and SMEs to produce compliant, compelling submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of responses to RFx, interview materials, shortlist presentations, and related pursuit deliverables from kickoff through completion.
  • Manage multiple concurrent proposals and tasks with overlapping deadlines across time zones with minimal supervision.
  • Review solicitation documents to identify compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, risks, required forms, and deadlines.
  • Develop pursuit schedules, outlines, responsibility matrices, content plans, writing templates, review milestones, and production timelines for timely submissions.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings to confirm pursuit strategy, win themes, differentiators, team roles, schedule expectations, and decision points.
  • Lead proposal development in coordination with BD leaders, technical teams, and SMEs to tailor content for proposals.
  • Contribute to pre-proposal activities and campaigns to support pursuit positioning.
  • Write, edit, and organize proposal content for clarity, messaging, brand alignment, and compliance.
  • Conduct color team proposal reviews and approval checkpoints for compliance.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliant and compelling proposals, including final production and submission.
  • Track pursuit milestones, outcomes, debrief findings, win/loss trends, and lessons learned to improve future performance.
  • Lead post-submission reviews to capture process improvements and client feedback.
  • Maintain and improve proposal tools, templates, boilerplate content, and best-practice resources.
  • Promote consistent proposal processes, accountability, and continuous improvement across the pursuit team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or related field – or qualified relevant experience in lieu of a formal education.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing proposals for State, Local, and Higher Education clients (AEC industry desired).
