About the role

Senior Software Developer – AI to support Flow initiatives, embedded with strategic client projects. Focus on evolving SDLC, technology modernization, and applying Generative AI to software engineering. Technical and consultative profile to help teams adopt new practices and AI-powered tooling to boost productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical reference for client teams, supporting architecture decisions, development, and SDLC evolution.
  • Implement and adapt Flow offerings to each project's technical context.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to increase productivity, quality, and software development efficiency.
  • Support adoption of AI Coding tools and AI-assisted development practices.
  • Develop and evolve software solutions in production environments.
  • Support technological modernization, architecture, and platform evolution initiatives.
  • Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices and AI usage.
  • Evaluate adoption results and contribute to team autonomy.

Qualifications

  • Solid software development experience in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (development, testing, deployment, operation, maintenance).
  • Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs applied to software development.
  • Hands-on experience with AI Coding, code generation, testing, documentation, or automation of development activities using AI.
  • Prompt Engineering knowledge and best practices for interacting with LLMs.
  • Familiarity with AI Agents, RAG, and various LLM providers/models.
  • Experience with distributed application architecture and development.
  • Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Python, .NET or other modern backend languages.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and automation.
  • Excellent communication, technical influencing, and consultative skills.
  • Advanced English for written and verbal communication.
