About the role

Role focused on execution of inbound/outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and equipment provisioning for data center operations, requiring hands-on IT hardware handling and strict process adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Verify shipment contents against documentation upon receipt and dispatch.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and packaging of equipment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse providers and internal teams on shipment execution.
  • Participate in cyclical and annual inventory checks.
  • Maintain accurate records in inventory systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Create inventory items for all received equipment.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform testing of server drives and memory modules according to standard procedures.
  • Ensure equipment readiness before provisioning to data center engineers.
  • Maintain proper documentation of tested and deployed equipment.
  • Provide required equipment to data center operation engineers in a timely manner.
  • Support daily warehouse activities and logistics workflows.
  • Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse logistics or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT equipment (servers, networking hardware, components).
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes and systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a structured environment.
  • Willingness to travel for business needs.
