About the role

Internship in Waymo Operations focused on Salesforce product ownership, with responsibilities spanning user research, design coordination with Salesforce PgM and external developers, and change management to adopt new tooling.

Responsibilities

  • User Research: understanding the cross-functional needs that would be needed in a central tool, and what outside systems would need to be integrated
  • Design: facilitating planning and design for these user needs, in combination with our Salesforce PgM and external developers
  • Change Management: facilitating feedback sessions and the user teams’ transition into the new tooling.
