About the role

Senior supply chain role focused on managing inventory accuracy and manufacturing process compliance, with emphasis on SAP/ MES/ERP systems, supplier collaboration, and KPI reporting in a semiconductor outsource environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain working relationships with corporate functional process stakeholders, engineers, and outsourced suppliers to manage processes, new implementations, enhancements, and sustaining processes.
  • Manage inventory and implement projects, sustaining enhancements.
  • Maintain processes to standard, policies, and analyze measurements as part of daily inventory transactions.
  • Maintain daily and monthly KPI reporting. Generate and distribute reports, analyses, and status updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
  • Physical counts.
  • System inventory reconciliation.
  • Daily data root cause analysis and debugging.
  • Continuous improvement, solutioning strategy to maintain high inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience in supply chain inventory control in semiconductor outsource manufacturers and foundries preferred.
  • Proficient and strong experience in semiconductor manufacturing inventory MES/ERP systems like SAP and INCA.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in management, collaboration of semiconductor outsourced manufacturing suppliers and foundries.
  • Excellent in data root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees at any level within the organization.
  • Working knowledge of BOM/PLM system in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing policy compliance in cycle count, audit, and SOX, ISO compliance.
  • Proficient, good command of English both oral and written.
