About the role

Senior-level system debugger role in Sever Validation at AMD, focused on post-Si debug, validation, and delivering high-quality, scalable debug solutions for AMD’s flagship server CPU & Instinct products.

Responsibilities

  • A powerful desire to learn new skills and understand new features as they are added to project health of program.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of working within and across groups / time-zones to resolve complex issues found during Silicon bring-up, post-Silicon validation and production phases of SoC programs.
  • Develop and drive strategies to resolve issues on time with quality.
  • Manage customer and executive communications including program status, risks and opportunities.
  • Publish debug program indicators to identify major roadblocks and drive changes to overcome the same.
  • Responsible for exploring opportunities to improve AMD capabilities & product quality by driving technical innovation in realm of tool development, AI and related cross functional initiatives.
  • Work closely with other team members to understand design architecture and to propose solutions to resolve issues and improve debug-abilty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field with minimum 17+ years of experience
