About the role

Collaborative, creative, and results-driven internal communications professional to build and execute global communication strategies and employee campaigns for Apple Services, focusing on informing, connecting, inspiring, and engaging Services employees across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and support innovative internal communication campaigns and programs for Services employees
  • Lead projects from concept to realization, partnering with leaders, People Business Partners, business leads, internal partners, and other teams
  • Craft strategic briefs for Town Halls, leadership presentations, speaker sessions, and newsletters
  • Plan and execute messaging for a variety of channels including email, Slack, video, internal websites, and employee events
  • Build plans for organizational announcements and multiple simultaneous projects with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with internal partners to balance strategy and execution
  • Possibly manage event production, content production, video production, and crisis communication as needed downstream

Qualifications

  • At least 6 to 8+ years in employee or internal communications, with 5+ years working with senior executives
  • Experience drafting detailed and comprehensive strategic briefs, and executing successful, complex communication strategies and campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to draft content and messaging for internal channels (emails, newsletters, speaker series, video, Keynote presentations)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, flexible schedule, cope with ambiguity
  • Discretion handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Onsite presence required
  • Available to work some nights and weekends as needed
  • Up to 30%+ travel (domestic and international)
