About the role

Senior Program Manager to drive operational excellence, build scalable frameworks, and advise leadership across the Apps organization. Leads cross-functional programs spanning Corporate Development & M&A, People Operations, Resource Planning, and Financial Coordination; bridges Apps and Corporate Development on M&A and partnerships; owns resource planning, budgeting, and dashboards; standardizes workflows with tooling and AI; manages risks across workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex programs end-to-end and advise senior leaders with data-driven insights.
  • Lead cross-functional programs spanning Corporate Development & M&A, People Operations, Resource Planning, and Financial Coordination.
  • Bridge Apps and Corporate Development on M&A and Partnerships: target identification, due diligence, onsite logistics, and integration of acquired teams.
  • Own resource planning, fiscal budgeting, and org growth strategy; streamline financial processes across Engineering, Finance, Business, People, and Admin.
  • Build dashboards to make resource planning transparent and scalable; modernize workflows with tooling and AI to automate tracking.
  • Proactively manage risks and dependencies across workstreams; influence without authority; partner across Apps.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Program Management, Chief of Staff, Product/Business Operations, or Organizational/Financial Planning experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience managing end-to-end resource planning or fiscal budgeting across engineering, product, or technology organizations.
  • Experience supporting M&A, Corporate Development, or organizational integration initiatives (diligence coordination, operational workstreams, onboarding planning).
  • Ability to analyze organizational and financial data, build tracking models/dashboards, and translate insights into actionable leadership recommendations.
  • Proficiency with modern productivity and AI tools; using automation to drive workflow efficiencies.
