About the role

Manager at an Apple Store who leads, coaches, and develops a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, participates in Floor Leadership, drives store performance, and collaborates to execute Apple’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  • Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and People partners when appropriate.
  • Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering learning.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
  • Be a role model for inclusive leadership, build, develop, and retain diverse teams.
  • Take action to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.

Qualifications

  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
  • Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.

  • Base pay within a range of $38.54 - $64.22/hr (depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
