About the role

Senior Recruiter to join Apple in Singapore on contract, responsible for end-to-end recruiting, partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience across Southeast Asia for technical talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including candidates, managers, and business partners.
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with Corporate Team leaders, staffing community and other team members to yield success, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Understand the complete recruiting function: research, sourcing, networking, behaviour-based interviewing and closing.
  • Initiate and maintain excellent working relations within the Apple People organisation.
  • Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and manage timelines.
  • Stay informed of recruiting trends and techniques to remain competitive.
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks and related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting in a corporate environment and supporting one or more corporate functions.
  • Previous experience recruiting talent within a multinational organization.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience recruiting technical talent across Southeast Asia in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Obsess over the candidate journey and experience.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior leadership and business partners.
  • Proven track record of credibility with business partners.
  • Can-do attitude with adaptability to business needs and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to use data analysis and metrics to support sourcing/recruiting strategies/timelines.
  • Ability to design, develop and execute tailored sourcing/recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management, organization and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience leveraging digital recruitment platforms to attract and engage talent.
  • Exceptional presentation skills (Keynote/PowerPoint) to illustrate complex challenges in business terms.
