About the role

NPI Program Manager in Business Operations at Apple is responsible for managing New Product Introductions and Peak Events, partnering with business and technical teams to ensure reliable, efficient operations at scale, with hands-on SAP involvement and cross-functional collaboration across global time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Support and help evolve roadmaps for NPI tools and products, contributing to enhancements that improve reliability, velocity, and scale.
  • Support NPI Event management: cadence setup, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
  • Contribute to post-NPI activities including debriefs and operational follow-through, helping turn lessons learned into concrete improvements.
  • Serve as a resource for SAP order investigation - searching, diagnosing, and helping resolve order issues as they surface.
  • Partner with cross-functional and global teams to help anticipate and resolve issues before they impact customer availability.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience as a program manager, project coordinator, or team lead, ideally in a global or matrixed support organization.
  • 3+ years experience with Order to Cash processes and systems.
  • 3+ years experience with SAP ECC 6 / S/4HANA.
