About the role

Manager at an Apple Store responsible for leading and coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving store performance, and executing operational strategies while upholding Apple’s inclusion and accessibility values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring business priorities and exceptional customer service are delivered.
  • Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.
  • Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning, demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity, and building diverse teams.

Qualifications

  • Be proficient in English and the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled.
  • Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
