About the role

IT audit or Information Security professional to identify risk across SOX, PCI, privacy, security, and AI governance; contribute to testing controls, shaping standards, and managing compliance across ERP, cloud, and evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to process and systems walkthroughs, test controls across ERP and cloud environments
  • Assess and test IT and security controls against SOX, PCI, privacy, SOC 1/2, NIST CSF, and other frameworks
  • Identify risk introduced by new technologies including AI and machine learning systems
  • Translate regulatory and technology trends into practical control requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to manage compliance risk
  • Manage concurrent projects from compliance stakeholders, business and finance teams

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, information security, or compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Prior experience at a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firm preferred
  • Experience with PCI DSS 4.0, SOX, GDPR, privacy regulations (PIPL and emerging AI/data laws), SOC 1/2, NIST CSF 2.0
  • Controls experience across SDLC, access management, computer operations, networking, and security
  • Experience assessing security controls (IAM, vulnerability management, incident response, data protection)
  • Growing awareness of AI governance and model risk, GenAI tooling
  • Ability to test cloud IT controls in multi-cloud environments
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, well-designed controls
  • Experience with Chinese and European regulatory and security requirements
  • Familiarity with core business processes (Order to Cash, Purchase to Payables, Hire to Retire) and technical stack from database to network to cloud
  • Strong independent and team-based work skills
  • Experience leading or contributing to risk or control gap assessments
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Clear, confident communicator in group presentations and one-on-one conversations
