About the role

Apple is seeking a France-based Business Development Manager to drive and scale payment services for digital payments and commerce platforms in the French market, and to define and enable Wallet capabilities including Access, Ticketing, Loyalty, and Memberships. The role focuses on partnering with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing programs for Apple Gift Card and Direct Carrier Billing in France, while engaging external partners and ecosystem stakeholders to roll out Wallet Services.

Responsibilities

  • Be the local "go to" person for the Apple Gift Card, Carrier Billing and Wallet products
  • Establish, develop and grow strong business relationships with Retail and eCommerce partners, Carriers and a diverse portfolio of ecosystem providers to drive products adoption
  • Develop strategy and tactics to drive substantive and measurable change in adoption rate, usage, penetration, and manage sales forecasts, merchandising, marketing budgets and track performance of programs
  • Drive implementation of payment and Wallet solutions ensuring all product requirements are completed to Apple standards
  • Manage multiple parties and projects from initiation to completion while providing consistent updates and communication to business leader

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development, partner management, or commercial leadership within digital payments, retail, carrier billing, or digital wallet ecosystems
  • Extensive experience leading end-to-end partner lifecycles—from structuring and negotiating complex commercial terms to managing senior strategic relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end within a multinational or matrixed organization
  • Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Professional fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
