About the role

K-12 Regional Manager focused on the Northeast region, responsible for leading a team of field-based Account Executives to transform teaching and learning environments with Apple products, drive sales growth, and support US expansion objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the strategy for sales growth for the Northeast region.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the team on managing and engaging with K-12 customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Supervise and develop a team of field-based Account Executives; ensure efficiency, accuracy, and performance targets are met.
  • Provide training, resources, knowledge, and infrastructure to support growth objectives in the territory.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in technology sales, solution-based selling, or similar role leading individuals to attain revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Deep understanding of the K-12 Education vertical, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, market trends and challenges, key use cases, associated solutions, and competitive landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and access to your own reliable transportation to drive within your territory for customer meetings
